Although we chose to travel to Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas with our 3 year old son I can see why this place would attract couples looking for a romantic getaway. You have your own private pool, beautiful outdoor bathtub and sitting area, and a luxurious romantic room with sea view.
That being said, we like including our son in our travels as it has a positive impact on his development. As everyone has their private pool, you're not disturbing anyone's peace anyway. My husband and I aren't the romantic types, but we do enjoy all the luxury that Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas has to offer. We stayed in a 1-bedroom Pool Villa, which are smaller than the Duplex Pool Villas but has a larger outdoor private pool, a tropical garden, a beautiful pool cabana and a spacious sun terrace.
The location of the resort is quite remote, which gives it a serene atmosphere. There's no malls near the resort and not too many bars or restaurants. Therefore it is important to know that the hotel has 2 restaurants that don't disappoint. Luna La Pran, the restaurant that is open for lunch and dinner, offers a wide range of internationally inspired dishes prepared with the local fresh produce. It offers an extensive kid's menu that will put a smile on the little ones faces. The daily breakfast is served in Dalah, their signature bar and restaurant, which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dalah means movie star (or famous person) in Thai. You immediately feel like a movie star in this beautiful open-air pavilion surrounded by tropical gardens and koi ponds. You can choose to sit in a private cabana surrounded by the koi pond or in the open air pavilion. Where ever you choose to be seated, the service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is of high quality.
Even though you might think Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas is more suitable for couples, it definitely is a family friendly destination. The staff is very child-friendly, there's an extensive kids menu and there's plenty of options especially for kids at the breakfast. Our son enjoyed himself and therefore we enjoyed ourselves. I recommend Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas for couples looking for a romantic getaway, families who enjoy quite private vacations and anyone who likes a relaxing time in a private pool villa.
