Sugar-free Thai Marinated Pork

Moo mak tod is one of my mom’s signature dishes. It’s full of flavor and easy to make at home. Since my mom uses sugar in her cooking, I made some tiny changes that don’t impact flavor but only benefits your health.

Ingredients

  • 500g pork (I used shoulder)
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp keto oyster sauce
  • ½ tsp stevia
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Ingredients

  • 500g pork (I used shoulder)
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp keto oyster sauce
  • ½ tsp stevia
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Preparation

  1. Slice the pork in thin equal parts.
  2. Peel and crush the garlic
  3. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl. Cover the bowl and set aside in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Instructions

Heat a bit of oil in a wok. Add the marinated pork and stir occasionally until the meat is crunchy on the outside.
