Homemade Keto Granola

Home mada Granola with no sugar or honey! Making your own granola is actually super easy and rewarding. I always make a large batch which lasts my family about a week. The amazing smells spreads though the entire house.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut flakes⁣
  • 2/3 macadamia nuts⁣
  • 1/2 almonds⁣
  • 1/4 pumpkin kennels⁣
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil⁣
  • 2 tbsp yacon syrup⁣
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger⁣
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon⁣

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut flakes⁣
  • 2/3 macadamia nuts⁣
  • 1/2 almonds⁣
  • 1/4 pumpkin kennels⁣
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil⁣
  • 2 tbsp yacon syrup⁣
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger⁣
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon⁣

Preparation

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 140°C.
  2. Pulse every ingredient separate in a food processor (don't over grind them, use short fast pulses) and put it in a large bowl.
  3. Add the coconut oil, yacon syrup and spices. Give it a good stir.
  4. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and place the crumble evenly on the tray.
  5. Place it in the oven for 8 minutes. After 4 min give it a stir. Keep an eye on the oven making sure it doesn't burn.
  6. Set it aside to cool for an hour to let it get a crunch.

You can add sugar-free chocolate to the granola. Mind that if you're living in a warmer climate like me it will melt very fast
